- Well Versed with Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC) including Agile Methodology.
- Proficient in Requirement Gathering and Analysis, ensuring that business objectives are clearly understood and met.
- Worked on New Business (Client & Bank Account Creation, Contract Creation, Underwriting (Follow Ups), Receipting, Issuance)
- Worked on Policy Servicing module for AFI, CFI, FLC, Lapse, Paid Up, Surrender, Death Claims Registration, Partial Withdrawal, Fund Switching, Maturity, Reversal, Full Contract Reversal, Termination, Reinstatement.
- Worked on Web Portal Testing, Mobile APK’s Testing, WhatsApp Bot Testing, Life Asia for Policy Servicing Process.
- Worked on Traditional and ULIP Product for BI Premium Calculations, Product Validations, Calculations for Lapse, Paid up, Surrender, Death, Maturity.
- End to End Integration testing, API Testing.
- Well Versed with Test Documentation (Test Scenarios, Test Plan, Test Data, Test cases & Defect reports).
- Timely reporting of status / Risks / Issues to client by direct interaction in client status calls / Program calls / Scrum calls and by status emails.
- Worked on SDE application & Digi Quick application.
- Worked on different environment such SIT, UAT and Prod environment.
